Puente Consultants LLC was formed in 2009 by Kenevy Colindres and received MBE/DBE           

   certification from the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) in 2010. 

   Ms. Colindres has ten years of experience in capital infrastructure projects and transportation

   program management with MDOT modules and the Federal government.
